4. Fill out the Special Instructions Box at checkout, with choice of Self Pick up or Delivery.
5. We will send you a follow-up email within 48 hours after booking to confirm details and contact information, to ensure a smooth process for your celebrations!

Delivery Option: $1/mile from Maineville (OH 45039) billed separately
