Terms & Conditions
By renting our products, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Payment
We offer 2 payment options: all of the payment is due upfront, or with SHOP PAY, which splits it into 4 payments.
Taxes are included in all prices.
- Additions & Adjustments
Additions of products to your order may be added up to 7 days prior to your event pending availability of products; and are not guaranteed until any additional payments are paid in full.
Additions of flowers (Customization) may be added up to 30 days prior to your event, and are not guaranteed until any additional payments are paid in full.
Adjustments to your order by swapping the original rental product(s) is possible with rental products of equal or higher value, pending availability; and are not guaranteed until any additional payments are paid in full and a revised contract is signed.
- Additional Set up Fees
Price of a floral rental product is based for 1 setup & location only. A standard additional fee of 15% of the rental product price will apply if the desired rental product is to be moved from one set up to the other, assuming they are within the same venue/location. Enchanting Fleur reserves the right to adjust this fee higher or lower on a case by case scenario depending on the details of the event (for example: moving from a church to a reception venue).
Notice and details of multiple floral set ups / locations must be communicated to Enchanting Fleur no later than 60 days before the event. An additional set up fee invoice will be submitted to the customer no later than 45 days before the event date, with payment due no later than 30 days before the event. Failure to communicate details or pay the additional set up fee in time may result in Enchanting Fleur's inability to move the products. Enchanting Fleur reserves the right to deny any floral moving requests due to venue limitations, time constrictions, or late/lack of payment.
Ground Florals may be moved by an insured coordinator or wedding planner. Even if Enchanting Fleur is not required to move your ground floral, Enchanting Fleur must be notified of location changes 60 days prior to your event.
- Cancellations / Date Adjustments
Cancellations: Enchanting Fleur does not accept order cancellation.
In the event of a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 90 days of your wedding/event, we will move your balance free of charge to another date.
Enchanting Fleur reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time Enchanting Fleur feels that the obligations cannot be met. Enchanting Fleur will credit the amount paid, minus any actual costs incurred up to that point that Enchanting Fleur informs you.
Date Adjustments: Enchanting Fleur may issue a credit to the customer to be used at a different time: we are happy to work with you to change the date of your rental pending availability of the products; we require a 30 days notice.
- Damages
Any damage incurred to our products beyond natural wear while renting them will be charge to the customer in the amount of 2 times the rental prices of the item(s), in addition to the original rental fee.
If an item is not returned within the rental agreement period of time, the customer will be charge in the amount of 4 times the rental prices of the item(s), in addition to the original rental fee.
- Delivery Information & Service Area
Enchanting Fleur is based in Maineville, OH (45039), and services the greater Cincinnati Area, as well as Dayton (OH), Columbus (OH), Lexington (KY) and Indianapolis (IN), and any other venue located within 130 miles of Zip Code 45039
Delivery Fees:
- 01 to 30 miles = no milage fee
- 31 to 50 miles: $2/mile
- 51 to 130 miles: $1,900 minimum spent on rentals products + $2/mile
Enchanting Fleur does not offer shipping.
- Product Handling
Usage Limitations: No rentals can be left outside overnight, no exception. The floral products cannot be in the rain due to damage. If there is rain coming and the arch is outside, Enchanting Fleur will come get the arch early. No one is allowed to transport, take down or move our products without prior written approval
Handling Limitations: Floral Pillars and Floral Urns can only be moved & handled by a Team Member of Enchanting Fleur.
Ground Florals may be moved by an insured coordinator or wedding planner with Enchanting Fleur's prior written authorization.
Items of the Dinner Package are to be handled only by an insured coordinator or wedding planner with Enchanting Fleur's prior written authorization.b
- Product Disclaimer
By renting our floral arrangements you understand that though some of these flowers look real, and are named after real flowers, they are in fact artificial, and therefore only resemble the real flower for which it is named after or referred to.
Unless specifically discussed and added to the order, no live flowers are used.
- Schedule
Set up time, additional set up(s) time(s) and pick up time shall be finalized up to 30 days prior to the event date.
Late pickup: we understand that event likes weddings can party late, and do not charge a late pickup fee for the majority of our rentals. We will work with your venue for next day pickup if possible.
Enchanting Fleur reserves the right to charge a late pick up fee for special cases, and will notify the customer within 5 business days after the schedule of their event is finalized
- Severe Weather
Enchanting Fleur products may not be used outside should severe weather take place or be expected to take place during the rental timeframe. Enchanting Fleur defines severe weather as, but not limited to: rain (light or heavy), wind, thunder, lightning, tornado watch or warnings, snow, precipitation of any kind.
Enchanting Fleur reserves the right to refuse service at any time due to inclement weather. Should any rented products not be used in the case of severe weather, Enchanting Fleur does not issue refunds.
When reserving our florals products, we strongly recommend ensuring an indoor inclement weather plan to ensure your dream florals can be utilized.
- Venue & Location
Enchanting Fleur is limited by the rules and guidelines of the location(s) and site management. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the responsibility of the customer. Enchanting Fleur will offer technical recommendations only.
Reimbursements will not be made for unused items due to venue limitations not communicated to Enchanting Fleur.
Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired space.
- Terms
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial
Arbitration Rules [including the Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection]. The arbitration hearing shall take place in Cincinnati, Ohio before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
