How to rent your Dream Florals
1. Browse our offering, bundles and add-ons to define what products you need for your event.
2. Read our Terms & Conditions. By renting our products, you are agreeing to all terms listed.
3. Click on a Floral Product, scroll down to the Booking Calendar and select your reservation date.
Don't forget to click on "Add to cart".
4. (Optional) Complete your Floral Set-up with matching pieces for the maximum WOW effect:
Repeat Step 3.
Bundle discounts will be automatically applied to your cart.
5. (Optional) Choose your add-ons for the perfect ceremony experience and/or for your special newlywed tablescape, and Add them to your cart.
6. (Optional) Add your Color Customization to your cart.
7. (Optional) Book your Additional Set up (Read more in our FAQ)
8. Fill out the special instructions box at checkout.
When you click on your cart, you will see an empty box. It is important you fill this out with the Venue's Name, Address and Email, so we know where to deliver them and can contact the venue for insurance.
9. Checkout! We offer 2 payment options: All the payment is due upfront, or SHOP PAY which splits into multiple payments.
What happens after you booked
1. Once your order is officially placed, you will receive an email with a link to a form to fill with all the details of your event.
2. We will send you a follow-up email within 5 business days to confirm the details and contact information, to ensure a smooth process for your big day!
3. (Optional) We will send you a separate invoice to cover the mileage fees (if you are more than 30 miles from Zip Code 45039) or any additional fees due to the specifics of your event.
4. We will get in touch with you or your planner/coordinator 2 months before your event to be sure to meet your expectations (schedule, placement, additional set ups, etc.) and provide the best service!
On your event's day
1. We will deliver your product(s) and take care of set up at the agreed upon time & location.
2. (Optional) If you have opted for an additional set up, we will come back to move the products at the agreed upon time & location.
3. At the end of your event, we will come by and pick up all the rentals. We will work with you to define the best time (either at the end of your event or the morning after).
We do not charge for a late pickup time.
