How to rent your Dream Florals

Browse our collections, bundles, and add-ons to discover the floral designs that best match your vision.

2. Let's talk about your Vision
Before booking, we’ll hop on a quick consultation call to talk through your ideas, answer questions, and help you define what pieces will bring your day to life.

3. Receive our Custom Proposal
After your consultation, we’ll send a proposal tailored to your wedding day needs — including ceremony statement pieces, optional reception decor, and any extras you may want to include.

4. Secure your Date
Once you’re ready to move forward and sign your contract, you’ll receive an invoice with flexible payment options. A 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due closer to the event.

After you book

1. Confirmation & Event Info Form
Once your date and floral selection are booked (with down payment and signed contract), you'll receive a short form to share final events details (venue contact and any updated logistics), so we're fully aligned with your planning timeline

🌸 Color Customization (Optional)
If you've chosen color customization, we’ll send you digital mockups to review. Once approved and the stems are selected, we’ll place the order to guarantee availability and lock in your personalized floral accents.

2. We stay in touch
Now that the design plan is set, you can relax knowing we’ve got it covered. If your needs evolve or you’d like to make adjustments along the way, we’re always happy to revisit the details with you.

3. Final Check-Ins
We’ll reconnect about 2 months before your wedding to confirm your timeline, floral placements, and any updates. Then, one week before the big day, we’ll touch base once more to finalize delivery details and make sure everything is perfectly in place for a seamless setup

On your event's day

1. We will deliver your product(s) and take care of set up at the agreed upon time & location.

2. (Optional) If you have opted for an additional set up, we will come back to move the products at the agreed upon time & location.

3. At the end of your event, we will come by and pick up all the rentals. We will work with you to define the best time (either at the end of your event or the morning after).
We do not charge for a late pickup time.
