Maximize the enchantment of your event rentals with our Additional Set up Fee service, allowing you to weave the magic of our floral creations seamlessly between two distinct settings. 
The standard additional set up fee is 15% of the rental product price, assuming it is within the same venue/location. Additional milage fee may apply if not.

Please note that Ground Florals may be moved by an insured coordinator or wedding planner; as long as Enchanting Fleur is notified prior to the event.

Rental Process

1. Choose your floral rentals and Add them to your cart.
2. Complete your set up with matching pieces for the maximum WOW effect.
3. Choose your add-ons for the perfect ceremony experience and/or for your special newlywed tablescape and click the Add to Cart button.
4. Fill out the Special Instructions Box at checkout, with your Venue Name, Venue Address, email address and phone number.
5. We will send you a follow-up email within 5 business days after booking to confirm details and contact information, to ensure a smooth process for your big day!

    Delivery

    Enchanting Fleur is based in Maineville, OH (45039), and services the greater Cincinnati area, and as far out as Dayton (OH), Columbus (OH), Lexington (KY) and Indianapolis (IN).

    • 1-30 miles: no fee
    • 31-50 miles: $2/mile
    • 51-130 miles: $4,000 minimum spent + $2/mile
    Please note that 2 round trips are required: one for set up, one for pick up.
